From 1984 he began building gas stations at the young age of 16; shoveling pea gravel on construction sites. His curiosity into the testing standards in 1986 moved him yet again to further his UST testing career. Once again in the 1990’s he found another great leap into the management of a UST company. These skills are what have made PS&C a company he is proud to call his own.
Jeff’s knowledge of testing regulations, laws, rules and requirements have brought tremendous customer relations and outcomes to tank owners during state inspections and also in their own personal growth and knowledge of what is required by them. Jeff is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers in ensuring they are not paying for un-needed or required services.

Human Resource & Business Administration background and degrees allow Jean to maximize her skills in these fields of PS&C’s operations.
Jean’s background includes the UST field and banking. She brings this experience with her daily into the operations side of the company.

He has been working with computers for over 30 years. He is an A+ certified technician and previously ran an IT consulting business. Working closely with office staff, in-field technicians, and our customers, he builds and improves upon UST-Comp, our custom in-house compliance testing and management application."
He has been with Petroleum Service & Calibration, Inc. for over 2 years.

Rhonda started her journey with Petroleum Service & Calibration in March 2011. She began overseeing all the administrative functions in the office as Office Administrator and now holds the position of Office Manager. Rhonda brings 25 years of customer service experience and delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for her. Around the office, she is known as “Inspector Gadget”. She identifies and solves PS&C’s office cases of where did we put that or does anyone remember the facts!
She is a native of Illinois moving with her family in November 2007 to sunny North Carolina. She looks forward to vacationing every year at a sunny beach with her husband. They also both enjoy Country Music.

A native New Yorker whom along with her family decided to leave the cold winters and move to North Carolina in the spring of 2000. She has held positions in the NASCAR Cup industry and still enjoys going to the races, Worked for a company that flew FedEx planes up and down the east coast and throughout the Caribbean. She and her husband both enjoy cruise vacations and have plans to retire to the beach in the next few years.
She has been with Petroleum Service & Calibration for 6 years now as the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Analyst.
She keeps the office coffee pot full and always ready to lend a hand. She’s also a bit of a Parrot Head.

Technician Supervisor/Scheduling/Customer Support
Zach was born and raised in the Lake Norman, NC Area where PS&C is located. He attended and graduated from a local high school and then attended college where he played one year of collegiate football. After a few additional semesters he decided to pursue a career in law enforcement. However, due to an unforeseen hiring freeze, he began searching for jobs in other field. In 2008, he met Jeff and Jean McCrary.
At that time, he joined the PS&C team as an in-field technician, and after 10 years of running the roads and learning all he could, he was moved into the office to become the Technician Supervisor. With his experience in the industry and the leadership skills he developed as a quarterback, he provides our technicians with the guidance and training they need in order to provide customers with the excellent service they deserve.

Beth comes to PS&C with over 35 years working in customer service. She has a strong passion for people and animals. She is local to Denver having lived here for 26 years with her husband while raising their 4 children. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends particularly in their home away from in the mountains of Virginia.

Brandan grew up in Lincoln county playing sports and enjoying the outdoors. He went on to play collegiate baseball at Southern Wesleyan University. Brandan recently reunited with PS&C after being in different fields since 2014. Originally he had worked as a lead technician doing annual testing and training new techs. He hopes to use his previous experience in the field along with knowledge and skills gained in other jobs to excel in his role. Brandan is also married to his lovely wife Tanya and they have three children.

Brandy comes to PS&C from the retail word. With over 25 years of management experience, she is excited to start her new journey here. Brandy is from Hickory, where she still lives today with her husband Bobby, their two daughters, and a house full of fur babies.

Sam comes from a large family of seven, of which four work in the petroleum industry. So, it is only fitting that after 15 years in Retail Management that she decided to join, what she considers to be, the Family Business. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and instilling in her daughter the importance of love, family, laughter and a good soundtrack. Her Number One goal is to build a fulfilling life that is based in spreading happiness to those around her. She believes that the best thing a person can do is to strive the make the world a happier place; one smile at a time.
